Evaluation

Cultural mistrust, stemming from a legacy of neglect, exploitation, and abuse, as well as the pervasive influence of systemic racism, significantly affects participation in clinical research.  Our approach aims to avoid further stigmatization of communities who have been the most harmed.  Rather than focusing on the consumer, our Collaborative prioritizes the provider and the organization.  This shift is intended to disrupt racial injustices and ensure that People of Color receiving services are fully acknowledged, valued, and respected as they progress in their healing journey.
